We act strictly as a technology platform and intermediary, and do not provide regulated professional advice.

2. No Professional Advice

All content, consultations, and AI outputs on the Platform are:

For informational and educational purposes only
Not legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional advice

You must consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

This applies specifically to:

The AI Mentor
Consultant sessions
Reports, templates, and scoring tools

3. AI Mentor Disclaimer (Critical Clause)

The AI Mentor is an automated system powered by artificial intelligence.

By using it, you agree that:

Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
It does not understand your full business context
It does not replace human judgment or expert advice

We are not liable for decisions, losses, or outcomes resulting from AI-generated content.

4. User Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

5. User Accounts

You may register via:

Email / phone
Third-party login (e.g., LinkedIn, Google)

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep login credentials secure

We may suspend accounts for misuse or violations.

6. Paid Consultations

6.1 Role of The Karak

We act as a facilitator only
Consultants are independent third parties

We do NOT:

Guarantee quality, outcomes, or accuracy
Endorse or verify consultant advice

6.2 Booking & Payments

All fees are displayed before booking
Payments are processed via third-party gateways
Booking confirmation is subject to successful payment

6.3 Refund & Cancellation Policy

You agree to the following:

No refunds for completed sessions
Cancellations allowed only up to 24 hours before session
Missed sessions are non-refundable
In case of consultant no-show → reschedule or refund (platform discretion)

6.4 Disputes

All disputes are between you and the consultant.

We may assist but are not liable.

7. Payments & Pricing

Prices may change without prior notice
All payments are in INR unless specified
Taxes (GST, etc.) may apply

We are not responsible for:

Payment failures
Bank or gateway issues

8. Digital Products & Downloads

Includes:

Reports
Templates
Tools

Rules:

Non-refundable once accessed/downloaded
For personal or internal business use only
Cannot be resold or redistributed

9. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Misuse AI tools (spam, scraping, reverse engineering)
Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
Upload illegal, abusive, or misleading content
Impersonate others

Violation may result in immediate suspension.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content including:

Branding
Tools
AI systems
Content & reports

are owned by The Karak or licensed.

You may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, or resell
Reverse engineer tools or systems

11. User Content

If you submit/upload content:

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license
You confirm you own rights to the content

We may remove content at our discretion.

12. Data & Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may collect:

Personal data
Usage data
Inputs to AI tools

AI inputs may be processed to improve services.

13. Limitation of Liability (Very Important)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Karak is NOT liable for:

Business losses or financial decisions
Outcomes from AI Mentor or consultants
Errors, delays, or service interruptions
Indirect or consequential damages

All services are provided “as is” without warranties.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify The Karak against:

Claims arising from your use
Violations of these Terms
Misuse of platform or tools

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

Without prior notice
For violations or misuse

16. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.
